Although we had received general advice about how to manage our 5-year-old grandson's withholding, encoparesis, and toilet issues, no one explained "HOW TO." In other words, it is one thing to recommend "easing the pressure" surrounding toileting and quite another to provide the actual language that works. Dr. Kushnir's simple videos gave us the words. We are at stage A of the intervention. 3ys old boy. Still dependent on the nappy. However much more relaxed. Much less withholding. Much less family tension. Looking forward to proceed!!
