The content in the film is based on decades of experience in treating children’s with toilet training problems. The musical introduces parents and children to the various obstacles and challenges they face in the toilet training process and teaches how to overcome them and how to avoid them.

The story is told by the toilet which is presented as a warm, motherly, witty character, full of grace and humor. It instills confidence in children, introduces them and their parents to creative ideas and encourages departing from the diaper and transitioning to toilet use.
